How We Work

ClickPoint offers an office environment where leaders may emerge on any given day. We continually find ways to ensure that our employees are challenged and motivated to create amazing software. At ClickPoint, building great software is a priority but so is ensuring that the culture remains intact. This means creating an awesome office environment.

At ClickPoint every employee has a goal that enables them to immediately impact the future of our company. We have quarterly creative sessions that allow employees to contribute new ideas that can be completely unrelated to their work schedule. We have several events per quarter that motivate and inspire teams to bring new and fresh ideas. ClickPoint looks for employees that are “all in” and contributing 100% because they want to, not because they have to.

How We Meet

At ClickPoint, we have a development team that spans three states and a UI team that spans two continents. We meet online like every other tech company, using collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and Jira.

We provide Software as a Service, so we consider ourselves to be a place where your worth is not valued by hours, but by projects and clean code completed. We expect you to like solving problems, occasionally talking to customers, and attending a company function or two.

Technologic Kung Fu

Right now we use C#, JavaScript, AJAX UI design, and .NET’s MVC framework, while hosting our solutions in Microsoft Azure’s cloud based server infrastructure. We use JIRA for our project management suite because it integrates with our help desk and helps us keep organized.
