"We started working with ClickPoint Software in 2007 to tackle issues we were having with the leads created from our main website, Steinway.com. What we wanted was a central database to collect our web inquiries and then send these inquiries to dealers throughout the world using automated rules. We have seen increased sales due to the increased response time of our dealer network. The ClickPoint Software lead distribution system has come through for us and I would recommend it to any company that collects online leads from their website."
